• **Dispatch**: Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 working hours.

• **Delivery Time**: 1–3 working days from dispatch (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain).

• **Shipping Cost**: Free shipping on all orders above AED 100; flat rate AED 12 for orders below AED 100.

• **Cash on Delivery (COD)**: Available for all locations in the UAE.

• **Tracking**: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

• **Origin**: All items are stocked and shipped directly from our partner warehouse in the UAE.
